ah its just less than 2 days to xmas
festive season aura is all around sg
especially at the malls with all the xmas shopping
sg pple luv good deals and nows the time to snap up what u want
lets c
apb lessons are over
thank goodness for technology
without it no cranes
means everything done by hand
like the old days
super shag like that
even with the help of cranes still tiring
the unpredictable weather doesnt help either
rain shine rain shine rain
luckily no accident
but there were some close calls
some parts of the bridge almost knocked into people
when it comes to humans vs machines
machines ALWAYs wins
humans lose out cos u cant replace human parts.......
or for that matter ur life
yest had a platoon outing in which everyone turned up
ate at sizzlers at suntec
first time eating there
the food is good
but the pricing is a little on the high side
wish the dec bday guys a happy belated bday
the cake was WONDERFUL
YUM!!
kudos to akira for organising this plus getting the cake
after that went to catch the movie national treasure
with most of section 3 and some of my section mates plus mr han ( ex sec com of section 3)
ah its interesting
cos i wonder if things like secret books realli exist

makes u wonder about conspiracy theories
tml morning my sister and i will be heading off to hk to join my parents there
will be spending xmas in hk
and will meet up with my relatives and my grandma
in between that
time to shop around for some bargains
lolz if im crazy enough
search out hk arcades which are much cheaper compared to sg's overpriced arcades
but much more shabby ( triad members lurk here )

hmm
past week has been rather peaceful
ultra long weekend from last thursday to monday
the past few days ( tues,wed,thursday) mostly rotting around in camp
plus the usual saikang
and the battalion runs
the only good thing bout these runs is it helps keep my weight checked
more platoonmates joining the wow craze
really unstoppable eh this gaming wave
been playing this game disgaea for the psp
its a grind fest
have to grind so much just to progress
final fantasy tactics giving it a second shot by restarting
talk about steep learning curve
continued reading the undercover economist while in camp
more interesting things uncovered
just watched alvin and the chipmunks with my old schoolmate cum cca mate earlier today
ultra cute show with a message behind it
sometimes things dont go your way becos others know what is best for u
theodore is ultra cute with those baby fat cheeks
helium voices
talked with my fren bout his post ord life
his searching for a job now
one that pays well without all the dubious terms and conditions that some jobs entail
i bought the book the "life audit handbook for life"
i think this book is a good read for it covers many areas
giving advice about money,soul,love, health , friendship etc
oh for the past few weeks i have been hooked to drinks from sweetalk
u noe all those ice blended peach, lychee, honeydew drinks with those mint pearls

havent tried the oreo shakes though lolz

lying on the floor
20 plus of us
the cold wind blowing
the tired bodies yearning for sleep
looking up to the sky
beautiful stars in the sky
so crystal clear and bright
sappers lying under the stars
the last nite of finale excerice
once a reality now
just a memory.........
back to urban life here in sg
its been a restful few days back in civilisation
earlier today met up with my old buddy
had a late lunch
then caught the movie
the kingdom
a good film combining action and suspense
yet it has a deeper meaning
violence begots more violence
u kill me, i take revenge
when will the vicious cycle end?
yet human nature is such that we are so impulsive
i shudder to think of life in the middle east
where u wont know whether u'll be alive the next day...
peace is really something so precious
chaos and anarchy rule in parts of the world
sg is lucky to be devoid of so much violence and bloodshed
something that im more thankful for now...
perhaps we really do take peace for granted??
